  2. Share images/videos of the product clearly showing the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation from our team before sending the product

👉 Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

🟢 Pickup & Verification

  • Once approved, the product may be picked up within 4–7 working days
  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival
  • Approval of refund or replacement depends on verification

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and verified
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account
