- Share images/videos of the product clearly showing the issue
- Wait for confirmation from our team before sending the product

- Once approved, the product may be picked up within 4–7 working days
- Returned items will be inspected upon arrival
- Approval of refund or replacement depends on verification

- It may take 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account
